I was at Pacific Boatland for regular maintenance parts for my Mercury outboard. They have a good parts department that is well stocked. The parts man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I'll definitely be back

We bought a boat from Chris and he was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly, and low pressure. Since purchasing we've always used them for service and maintenance and they've always done a great job at a reasonable price. They seem to have very low staff turnover which is always a good sign. It's nice to see the same front desk staff and have them get to know you and your equipment. Randy and John are both awesome!
The Fall Guy
Took ownership of a used sled several months ago and went in for a routine service on both the main and the kicker. They ended up finding an issue with the main that I agreed to have fixed. They never used scare tactics or came across as pushy, but rather, they came across as honest and engaged with the situation. Overall price did set me back but it had to be done in order to maintain my investment. Pricing was in line with every other shop in the area. John, Randy and Mike provided me with great service, excellent follow up and communication, and a wealth of knowledge. They've earned my business and trust.

My wife and just purchased our new boat from Pacific Boatland. Customer service is an important factor for us and Chris Newcomb went above and beyond to help get us taken care of. After looking at boats all across Washington and Oregon, we could not be happier with Chris and the staff at Pacific Boatland. Great service, good pricing, and good guys to work with.......whats not to like about that.

You can actually take the hull to the dump. The motor depends on what it is. My want to try to sell the motor. There is a marine wrecking yard in Oregon.
I get the impression lots of business changes there. They had Arctic Cat ATVs and now they don't, also.
