Management and staff really care for the property and tenants. Always there to help the residents. Great place to live if you ever get the chance.

Arnada Pointe Apartments are the best! Office Staff is amazing!! Maintenance is amazing!! Not one thing that I can complain about it. We love it here

This is absurd. A high priced slum. Birds are living in our attic and make noise when you're trying to sleep. The pool is closed 10/12 months and they don't do good maintenance on it so it's always dirty, despite being closed for maintenance 4 days a week on the couple months it is open. Parking sucks unless you get a carport. And just got a renewal offer after one year living here, increasing the rent TWENTY PERCENT over last year's rate. They have accused me of not picking up after my dog twice now, when I absolutely do every time. Everything is old despite my apartment being "recently remodeled". I guess remodeling doesn't mean modern undamaged appliances or fixing things like water damage on cabinets? Just you wait, when I move out they'll probably try and bill me for it, then not actually fix it for the next tenant either. This place blows.

Looks are deceiving. This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed in. 1. Safety: One morning, the whole building's alarm went off around 4 or 5 am for over an hour. No firetrucks showed up and no one from the apartment or security company were available to come turn them off. Aside from the main fire alarm, the individual fire alarms would go off all the time randomly in the middle of the night for no reason. You can either deal with it or remove the batteries. Also, this complex is very close to shady areas with methheads walking around. 2. Management: The manager Natasha is very unfriendly and only deals with people when the front office staff happens to not be around. The majority of the time she sits in her dark office talking on the phone with friends. This is very unusual for a complex this size. This company would save a ton of money by having her handle her normal duties as well as the front desk. Also, if you submit a work order, you must go down to the office or call (if they answer, leaving a message is pointless as they don't return phone calls) to make sure they've printed it out to hand to maintenance. I've submitted countless work orders that hadn't been printed and handed to maintenance. 3. The buildings: Did I mention countless work orders? I've never submitted so many maintenance requests in my life. The buildings aren't built well at all (words from the maintenance men, "They were built by Koreans.") and the walls are paper thin. As an example, I could hear the man upstairs peeing from a standing position into the toilet. If I can hear someone urinating, imagine everything else you will hear. Also, the buildings are disgusting. Look behind your toilet before you decide to move in. Both of my toilets were covered in thick black (mold? grime? mildew?). It was much too thick to clean so I tried my best to ignore it. Lastly, there's a horrible ant problem in this complex. Imagine having every inch of your apartment crawling with fat ants, even the bathrooms. I submitted several pest control requests over the years yet they never came out, not even once. This place is great for you if you don't mind having faulty fire alarms, submitting tons of work orders, picking ants off your skin daily, and being ignored by the office staff and management. There are much better complexes in Vancouver for the same price and in better areas.
