I relocated out of state in November 2021. I lived at Plum Meadows since July 2014. If I ever end back in Vancouver I will definitely look here first. The property is cared for, problems are fixed quickly, management is kind and professional. Jerrica, the manager, has a way with people that is heartwarming. She has a gift in how she juggles all her duties and the wide range of tenants' personalities: she is always efficient, effective, professional, warm and considerate.

Management are really great people. I was in a bad situation upon moving in and when I call they gave me all the info I needed and got me in super fast even during all the craziness with covid. Super quiet with occasional kids running around screaming but that’s normal when you live in apartments. They are kids having fun. I love living here and I’m super thankful my kids and I got moved in as fast as we did. They were so welcoming to my kids too. No issues with neighbors either.

Lived here from 2006 to 2009. Was nice at first but suddenly took a turn for the worse. The people that moved in were very loud and simply undesirable. Dog feces was found everywhere and small children that played outside would find themselves stepping in it. Outside grills had to be shut down for a significant period of time. Tenants who didn't know what they were doing would cause the fire department to show up. Personally, Fruit Valley in itself is not that great of a place. Thus, haven't been back in 7 years.

I've lived here for several months and although the apartments are nice, there are some people who don't watch where their kids throw their snack wrappings and there are some who don't pick up their dog poop. But to offset that it is normally quiet and maintenance is on top of things. I give it a big thumbs up.
