I dropped my car off the night before to get it looked at in the morning. I called in the morning to see if I can get an idea when my car would be ready and what’s the status on it. The receptionist couldn’t tell me anything. She said she was gonna have someone call me back. I tried again 3 hours later still couldn’t give me an update. Called a third time still couldn’t get nothing. Communicating with customers need to be worked on. I shouldn’t have to call 3 times to figure out when it’s gonna be ready and what’s going on.

Wow… I will go to this place for my car services. The team there are more focus on your satisfaction than anything else. Tracy, the service advisor is the best human being the world could ever have, she will find a way to help you until there’s no more options available before she said No to you. Wayne, the most comprehensive individual, he will help you find what is best for your car. Kudos for the Hanson Kia team.

I'm a small business owner myself. I went in because my 2006 Kia Spectra EX I purchased to get ready to resell was having a shifting problem from 2nd-3rd gear. When I took it in, they stated the transmission was bad. After getting the results, I had my mechanic swap out the transmission but still the same issue. My mechanic then dug further into the problem and realized there was a service bulletin out for an update. I took the car back to the dealership and they stated they couldn't find the bulletin. After bringing a printed copy of the bulletin in, they then had me bring the car back to check to see if the computer was updated, which it was. I asked them to "flash" the computer and they weren't any help. They stated it isn't possible which in fact it is. I setup an appointment with another Kia dealership and they took care of it for me and it fixed the issue. I lost lots of money and time due to them (time is of essence, especially being a small locally owned car dealership) . Unfortunately, it's mind boggling how such a successful Kia dealership can treat their customers like that and not help with the situation.

Our beloved Toyota FJ didn't go into 4WD during the big snow, we will get it fixed, but it is now an official beach and off road vehicle. We needed reliable transportation and settled on a Kia Telluride, We are big fans of the Internet sales from all dealers and Hanson was standout. Tellurides are in short supply, but they had one coming in and they made it easy to get it. Yes, we paid a bit of a premium, but we new what we needed, they made it possible to get it. Delivery was also pretty easy, the extended warranty we selected fits our lifestyle well. We don't expect to need another vehicle any time soon, but yes, I would do business here again.

Everyone wears a mask there.
I do not work for Kia or their dealer but I am quite sure that you can find your answer by Google searching for Hanson Kia Olympia, and calling them ask for the parts and service department they will get you all set. Have a good day.
