Super nice staff and a great selection of loose leaf and bag teas. The chocolate side has a good variety too but is a little pricey. Great place to pick up a few treats or gifts

It was an okay experience. The tea was delicious. I would like more space while I'm shopping. Everyone doesn't prefer someone hovering over them asking them if they need help every minute. The male representative in the tea store came off like a car salesman he was very pushy overly helpful. I'd rather ask for help then keep being offered help. With the chocolate I made a mistake and got what the cashier told me was her favorite and it was disgusting. Definitely a reminder that all of our taste are not the same. Yummy tea though. I will most likely visit again and choose better chocolate for myself and this time hopefully I'll have more space in the tea store.

The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The selection is wonderful on both sides and I love the option of having fresh loose teas weighed out in front of you instead of buying prepackaged (which is also available)

LONGTIME fan of Encore! They have wonderful teas, and they are so well organized. They are enforcing masking and distancing at this time. They have recently added a staff picks selection which I absolutely love. :) They are worth a visit! You can buy high quality teas-loose OR bagged (mostly loose) for reasonable prices and they just added lots of cups and mugs and teaware to their homeware section. Their system of getting loose leaf tea is excellent as well. What you do is you go to their tea wall, where you can see the teas they sell organized by their color (black, green, white, rooibos, herbal). They have pencils and papers where you can write your order down. Every tea is assigned a number. You write down the number (tea name), and then in the other column, you write how many ounces of that tea you would like for them to pack up for you. Some of their tea is prepackaged around the store, but not all of it. I am unclear if there is an ounce minimum per order. Across from them is their chocolate shop, which is also delightful. This is an Olympia highlight!
