Northwest Hearth and Home was a great business to work with. Our pandemic era home build and fireplace build-out were marred by longer than usual delays. We had to put NW Hearth and Home off numerous times, but they always attempted to meet our 'new' schedule and were not fazed. Lauren Cloninger and her installation team did a nice job, and we are happy with the results.

From start to finish the process was smooth and they delivered a great product. We replaced a builder grade gas insert because it was inefficient. We wanted a unit that would actually put out heat and be more energy efficient. I feel that we got both in our new unit. Lauren at the store was both knowledgeable and helpful. The installers Chris and Alex were fantastic they also were knowledgeable and effective during the install process. They kept the work area and surrounding areas clean and neat. We love our new unit and use it often. If you are thinking about a new fireplace visit their showroom to see all the products.

One of the best consumer experiences of my life! In January we purchased a small Morso 1410 wood stove for my son. We researched wood stoves for 6+ months, visiting every stove store in the area multiple times. Every experience with others stores redirected us back to Northwest Hearth and Home. Lauren and every staff member who helped us with our research, were all engaging, patient with our endless questions, and expert in wood burning stoves. The installation was an equally superb experience. Andrew and Taylor were prompt, professional and skilled. Our install required some last minute adjustments due to a roof vent, and it was gratifying and reassuring to watch them work together and come up with a solution that did not require removing the vent. I highly recommend Northwest Heart and Home!

Lauren was patient helping us pick out our new fireplace and kept us informed of back order and delay caused by pandemic and snow storm. They let the job site clean at this he end of the day, arrived on time. This has been the best home improvement project since we moved to Lacey.
