They hold on to back pay like it's their personal money. I'm terminal with stage 4 lung cancer metastatic to the brain and can't get my money that I fought for. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Yes a person can use your information to file taxes. If the information provided is valid then the irs will accept it.

Call the number and a representative an help you. I had to do it for my son's check. But you have to do it by the 15th of the month if I remember correctly or the next payment won't have enough time to be deposited
