There is a scam going around on fb where a hacker hacks a friends acct then procedes to tell friends that they are either from ss office or fbi official or any government official for that matter saying that u have so much money coming to u from the government and so on..but i knew when i was contacted by a friend who was hacked that was on my friend list i knew it was something shady..also we have gotten strange voice mails from either FBI agents or law enforcement agency's stating that they have warrants for your arrest and need to contact them asap and so on..so just becareful and do what u feel u have to do to stay safe secure and educated about scams .

Just the one inside the first sliding door. If you can't make it during businesses hours, you can mail in your forms to their address listed on their website with the attn: addressed to the correct person or department. I wish I had known this when I went there because their website said nothing about being by appointment only and not doing in person appointments (phone only)
