They gave me a free inspection which was nice, however they were going to charge me 10 dollars per lug nut, said I needed new calipers, went to my mechanic friend said I did not require them they still worked just fine, would of come out to be 1,800 for new Brake pads, rotors, calipers, and lug nuts just for the front axle, saved 1,400 just to do it it myself.

They did an excellent job on changing my oil in 30 minutes. They even told me my shocks need to be change. Love this place and will come again.

They are expensive, they have been through many managers at this retail shop. They seem to work with people but it's a brick and mortar retail business so obviously they have to pay their associates and keep their lights on. Usually they do a free assessment and estimated write up and tell you the cost with tax before they do any work. I let them know I expect a warranty and the work to be don correctly. I have gone to Firestone and Goodyear all of them have sales skills. It up to the consumer to say no I pass or yes go ahead
Its around 25 monro in newark usually cheaper for oil changes
