There is a scam going around on fb where a hacker hacks a friends acct then procedes to tell friends that they are either from ss office or fbi official or any government official for that matter saying that u have so much money coming to u from the government and so on..but i knew when i was contacted by a friend who was hacked that was on my friend list i knew it was something shady..also we have gotten strange voice mails from either FBI agents or law enforcement agency's stating that they have warrants for your arrest and need to contact them asap and so on..so just becareful and do what u feel u have to do to stay safe secure and educated about scams .

No only call during hrs but only call if you got something from them via mail or if you call them
Social Security would pop up on Caller ID as Federal Government, not as SSI.
