I wish someone would find out how to make the deli subs they had at KMart and Kresges. I've seen formulas for them on the internet but just not the same. How can something so simple be so hard to duplicate?

It varies. There bulk bacon is usually the best price at the meat counter. Unless there is a big sale on national brands.
