Hello! As a child, my Mom and I shopped at Dot's all the time! I loved their sub roll in the deli! Will the new owner, Nick Moshos, bring back the sub roll?

I wish someone would find out how to make the deli subs they had at KMart and Kresges. I've seen formulas for them on the internet but just not the same. How can something so simple be so hard to duplicate?
