I did not mind that masks are required, but the sign stating this should be up at eye level, rather than at waist level.

I have nothing but fast, courteous service from this location. They immediately look up the information I need and resolve it for me. Forget the main SSA offices. On hold for hours, and then tell you the info is wrong when you have it right in front of you. NEVER return your calls. Waste of tax payers money & time.

Unfortunately, if they feel it is not of up most importance they will not let you go to the office. I feel it is but couldn't tell you what they will say. My advice call first thing in the morning they open at 9am.

They will reopen on April 7th. The phone service is terrible and not very helpful.

Hi Jan! They take walk-ins, you do have to know your ssn to get checked in, there's usually a bit of a wait though. Here's the hours for the office : Wednesday 9AM–12PM Thursday 9AM–4PM Friday 9AM–4PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed Monday 9AM–4PM Tuesday 9AM–4PM
