The staff isn’t snobby like some places. They are understanding and welcoming. They are very helpful and resourceful. I’m glad we have one around where I live.

If I make an appointment, why was I sitting outside, ahour, while others walking in. Not to mention, where the hell is the confidentiality???? That's dead. Your asked quite often personal questions on the phone, more often then you should. This place does not respect privacy. If I could have gave zero stars I would.

I've been coming here for almost a year for my HRT appointments. The staff has been incredible. I always feel welcome and they go out of their way to make me comfortable. They've been polite, professional and friendly. This is coming from someone with an intense phobia of anything medical.
