Hotel is in need of TLC and it is not worth the money spent. The pool area is in disrepair and is filthy, hot tub is out of service and looks like it has been for quite some time, one elevator was operational out of 3 so a sign was put out to use the service elevator. However, when some members of the American Legion attempted to use it, they were scolded by staff members, check in was hours later than it was supposed to be. The list goes on and on. The most frustrating part in all of this, any issues we had were not addressed while we stayed here. The Manager never returned messages or ever attempted to address the issues we had. Now you expect me to send an email or to call so you can have more information on this horrible visit when while we were there absolutely no consideration was given? I think not. There are other hotels in the same area that probably treat their guests better.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice! Beds were comfortable! Great location! Negative: We didn't have a fridge in the room but we survived just had to get ice for our cooler then!

This may be a decent option for a one night stay for a person who is a heavy sleeper and under 5' 3". The beds are not stable and sway with any bit of movement and the walls are paper thin so we slept terribly. It is extremely dated, and they made over the bathrooms by painting the tile which is peeling so mold is growing under the peeling paint. I am 5' 6" and the shower head came up to the middle of my face. You need to use your key to operate the elevators, but the elevator struggles to read the keys so you have to wait a LONG time for an elevator as people are struggling to get them to work. The only positive thing is the staff were nice. The hotel itself is terrible.

It's a nice hotel. It's definitely a little on the tired side. Room was decent. Air conditioner could not keep the room cool though even with the temperature outside hovering in the 40s and 50s. Bathroom leaves a little bit to be desired. Needs a good cleaning. They're short on staff which is nothing new these days but a bit of a disappointment because service levels are not what they should be. However the staff who are there are as friendly and accommodating as they can be under the circumstances. Restaurants is very good with good service and good food. Lobby area is very nice and feels almost luxurious. Much more of a classic feel than you get at the Wyndham across the street.
