Certified Chicago Sh*t-house. Does not process COVID PCR tests. Late December test. No results. No staffing of phones. No response to emails. Update: after continuous dunning on my part, they finally delivered test results 7 weeks after the sample was taken. (I was negative. Yippee! Or at least I was 7 weeks earlier). Not enough to offer them 2 stars.

What excellent service. I went expecting to waste my time or be upset, but none of that happened. The staff was friendly (they are bilingual) and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

FIRST THAT'S TOTALLY WRONG! This place deserves NO STARS! But Google won't post this without 1 star! They in no way came close to providing the services they are paid for. First, my daughter's test results took 18 days! Then, a month later, when my wife and I had tests sent to their labs my wife never saw any results and my results also did not show up in a timely manner. After 8 days I received a bogus results report that only included results from the rapid antigen test (which I had received from a different reputable lab within hours of submitting the tests). No PCR results that were needed to get out of lock down! I have seen what they charged my daughters insurance - what a scam!!!!
