I have not received my results yet either and I went to a walk-up tent location in Miami, FL claiming to be Northshore. Now I am worried that it was a scam!

Call to the lab where you took the testing, or check your spam folder, maybe you have the covid 19 testing ready, but if you are traveling, you can tell them that the results are coming. Take a picture of the first results and show them, and tell them the PCR are coming soon.
They are probably backed up. They will email your results. Also check your spam folder. I think results can take up to 72 hours
