Positive: The hotel representative was very helpful and gave great recommendations for a place to eat. She was very accommodating when I asked if we can check out an hour later because we wanted to relax more in the pool. Negative: Old but it was comfortable and room was spacious.

We loved our stay! The staff was accommodating and super nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool room was very warm but the pool was a little chilly. Not a big deal though. The view from the room was beautiful and my son loved watching the geese. The breakfast was pretty decent. They had scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. The lady at breakfast was on top of everything and when I asked if she could put in more waffle mix she had no hesitations! The location is nice as well. If we need another hotel in Springfield we will definitely be staying here.

Fairly updated. Easy access. Everything seems to be in onit. Continental breakfast was great as well as worker. . ..... Until we opened the room fridge. Someone had leftovers in it and Smell was horrible. Made me think how long it had to be in the Fridge. Housekeeping SHOULD have noticed....but I guess not.

Love it here. This is my go to hotel everytime I'm in town. Hot breakfast and its good. The staff are very Nice. The rooms are very very clean and organized. The housekeepers are great very quick and they respect your privacy. Nice breakfast Variety hot and cold. If I could ill give 10 stars.
