Dr. Khun & Dr. Mercer have always taken care of my babies, for the last 12 years. Sady Dr Mercer is now gone to another facility. This facility has taken care of 3 of my dogs , over the last 12 years. They have always been really good to me. Even when I Had to have Daizy put to sleep , they sent me her ashes in a beautiful box & with a letter and card. Very compassionate people.

A safe and loving atmosphere for my first visit here for my 13 year old Maltipom. I was so amazed and impressed with the laid back and gentle approach Dr. Kuhn had for our dog! Sadie actually quit shaking and panting during the behavioral exam! The thundershirt and anxiety med are working wonderfully as it storms tonight. Dr. Kuhn expressed that my job was to communicate with them over the next two weeks and give progress updates to determine if the care plan is appropriate. I was not disappointed as they responded back to a question I had texted today! All staff members were caring. A totally different approach to vet care that involves the pet owner! Love it!

Our boxer was there for snake bite emergency. .. The doctor had us stay outside in 100+ degree heat and she would not even touch my dog so we rushed him to the animal hospital a couple miles away. They saved my dog after wasting precious time at East Carolina Veterinary Service. Very sad situation. I wouldn't refer East Carolina Veterinary Service to anyone. Go at your own risk. If you want to be treated professionally I would take my fur child to Greenville Animal Hospital across from the big water tower. Good Luck.

Any experience with cancer?
