Absolutely love my doctor but the receptionists are always snarky, smug, and don't answer phone calls in the morning. I had to reschedule and called at 845, 850, 9, and 930 twice. Went over there and she said their phone is on at 8am. Nobody answered, same phone number as my call logs. Big waste of my time, not just theirs. I'm extremely busy and taking the time out for medical purposes is hard. Not making another early apt that's for sure.

This place is the WORST!!!! don't ever go there. The staff in the NEW HAVEN office in particular are rude and could care less about your health. I will be filing a report with the State - yes, its that bad.

Ignore negative feedback. Keep your appointment every month or 2 weeks and it shall run smoothly. Been going for over 3yrs and haven't had a problem getting my medication. Always been good to my long time lady as well. Wish Lou, Nicole, Jamella, and the front desk woman who answers the phone usually, nothing but the best. Sincerely, Chris & J

I am so disappointed with this experience. I have been told that they won't prescribe clonidine here, while I'm already being prescribed all the other meds I take.. I mean if your giving me zubsolv, gabapentin, seraquil, HCTZ, and others why now do I have to get a new doctor intake just to be prescribed one med. What a serious waste of time for me and the other doctor. I don't understand!!!
