At the time of writing this review, I was a box truck driver traveling over the road, so low cost accommodations were essential to my business. This place was absolutely fine. Just one night for myself and my toddler. Staff was very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. There were also a buncha roosters and chickens running around from the property next door, so the morning wake up call outside my window was a free bonus.

I stayed here during hurricane Ian. It was a short notice trip across the state, and I needed a pet friendly room. The rates were great, and the room was really clean. I had never stayed in an Extended Stay prior to this trip, and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the building was. Carla at the front desk was extremely helpful getting me sorted out. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the price.

I relocated to Florida with my family for work and we chose to stay at this extended stay. We stayed for over one month to get the monthly rate which was a much better deal than the regular rate. Well, the person at the desk ended up breaking up our stay into two transactions. We didn’t know this until after check out and we ended up paying the normal rate for over 30 days. The manager there wasn’t helpful at all and said that there was nothing she could do. The other issue happened the day of check out: we rushed to get checked out before noon so that we wouldn’t get charged an extra day. We have two small kids and checking out was a nightmare. The woman at the front desk assured me that we would not be charged for that day but we ended up getting charged anyways. Again, I spoke with the manager and she was unwilling to help. She was also extremely rude. It’s a budget friendly hotel but not worth it. On top of those two issues, the room had ants and the floor in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly. Water got trapped under the floor and we could smell the mold. It was an overall terrible experience and I’ll sleep under a bridge for free before I stay in another extended stay.

My room was immaculate! I take my shoes off and not a grain of sand was on the floor! My feet stayed clean. I was here because son was in ICU at hospital nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly despite having to deal many difficult people because of the hurricane. I usually stay at Marriott, Hilton...I was totally impressed! And as to the previous negative comments about hearing the chickens and roosters...My room was soundproof (?). No traffic noise and only heard roosters crow when I was outside.
