After reading some reviews I thought some were exaggerated but they aren’t the employees here are rude and miserable. If you hate your job that much stay at home seriously.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Sometimes good service at the counter. Sometimes not so good. Service today on 5/11/2020 @ 2:15 PM. Counter woman claimed she can't scan my overnight package into the system nor could she manually type it in, it wont come up. The label is clear and the print is dark. Easy to read. Yet when I brought it to a Walgreens location they had no problem typing it in. Selective customer service?

FedEx driver claims he knocked and rang the doorbell (Chris from 310 Paramount Drive FedEx store), but did neither and proceeded to leave a 'we missed you' doortag. So, I called customer service, requested a second delivery to be made same day, and simply waited outside until he showed up again. I asked him about it, he lied about it, so here we are. Good job, Chris, thank you for wasting my time. I usually have good experiences with FedEx but will just stick to the post office probably if I'm out in MA due to uncommonly lazy customer 'service' in these parts.

Not much to say here. It was a real quick drop off right before they closed. I truly appreciate they didn’t close early on me. That would of been bad for me. The two people working inside where nice and pleasant even though it was the end of the day on a Friday.

Yes, just go in with the door tag the Courier left you with, and you are all set ... call ahead to make sure it's there,because the driver may still be on the road.
