EVERY TIME I come to this location the internet is down, or the registers are down for some reason, and I have to go to another location. Never any issues at the other UPS stores. It’s like they do these things on purpose. Fix the issues so people can use your services.

When in to return components from charter/spectrum and even though they were very thorough they were pretty darn fast, there can be a lot of things that need to be scanned and the were as efficient as I've seen in some time.

They cant scan the shipping label. Say I have to print it out, but its 5.99 to use their computer plus another dollar fee to use a credit card. So $7 just to print a label that they should be able to scan in the first place. What a joke, thats more than it would cost to ship the package in the first place.

I had a return shipping label to print from my phone for an Amazon return and they were able to do it but they were going to charge me a $5 computer usage fee.

Hi John, It is $5.00 for each signature that is notarized. This location has a notary available during all their business hours, and they are open 7 days a week except for major holidays. Thank you, The UPS Store 3120
