I printed 22 pages and only one printed out so they made copies of them and the ink turned out dull and with lines on the page I asked not to pay for them and reprint them. I reprinted them and paid for the new pages, then was yelled at about who was going to pay for those pages and that next time I needed to pay, she then continued to yell at me as I walked away out the doors because I wouldn't pay for them! Very mean awful service. And it turns out it was the owner that behaves this way!

I really try to support businesses near me but this is the second time that I’ve needed time sensitive custom prints and when I go to pick up at the designated time it says online, the ONE person who has PERMISSION to print is never there. Printing is a basic service that is offered so maybe have more than one person have permissions needed to provide said service. I obviously have to take my business else where when this incident occurs, which I really would prefer to not do. Hope you can make this better during hard times.
