Awful awful awful!! The last in the mornings is so rude, so unprofessional, crabby, huff and puffs around AND to you! I've dealt with her a couple times so I know it's her personality and not, 'just having a bad day' type thing! I'm so upset I still stayed and mailed my package. Usually I let this stuff go but not this, not today. I don't understand how she could be a face of the store.

Package wasn't not delivered in area even though all information was correct. Asked for updates on address but it was right and even with responce to inquire on website it's still sitting there should have went out next day again. This is a perishable item which I'm sure is ruined simply because driver didn't do thier job with what they changed for shipping totally disgraceful never ever will use this company again nothing but overpaid lazy union workers

This place on Keystone is a joke. Every time I go there to drop off a pre-labelled UPS package, the staff is S L O W and clueless of the people waiting in line. Today I was in there and they had two people waiting on one person while the line was piling out the door. I'm just not going to this location anymore, it's ridiculous.
