Has been with comcast for over a year now. Have documentation of my internet experience. For over a week internet works for around 20% of the day everyday, I do my work from home. I speak on the phone with someone that said I needed a new modem, no problem on our end has been found, then I found out after spending a bunch on a new high end modem, that some of my neighbors in the area have some problem too and through some research a bunch of problems has been reported from the same zip code has been found over the past few weeks as well. Came in and they have no explanation or care about the problem. Offer no help with the issue. I pay for my internet, I just want it to work.

This is the 2nd time I’m coming here to deal with my accounts with Xfinity and once again I’m taken care of with respect and desire to keep me as their customer. The service set up is pretty good: come in, tell them your name and they call you when one of the representatives is ready for you. Once with one they listen carefully and try to find the best solution. This time Pamela W. helped me and was very pleasant to deal with, explained all the necessary steps and set up an appt. So far I’m very pleased with my trips to this location. Keep up the good work.

Nope but it will help in your wait time
They never give you a direct line to the store. Even employee's business cards have a 1800 number which sucks because you'll be stuck answering a thousand questions before you get to speak with someone. Comcast customer service is horrible in general, but the folks who work in the store are really helpful so I would just go and visit. Wait times really vary, but there are a lot of shops and restaurants around time will go by quickly.

I am an ex Fire fighter and if we unknown only hear a vehicle you need to call the main office will you call X finity corporate to get answers
