My mom lived there for about 4 months before her passing. She was well cared for and thought highly of the staff there. Of course like any place, some of the hands-on staff were more warm than others. The facility is nice as well. We were pleasantly surprised with this place and would recommend it.

My Mom was there for the last 9 months of her life. I only wish I had placed her there sooner. This is more like a "nursing home" than assisted living, which she was in previously, and which really couldn't provide the level of care she needed. Mom was in both the memory care at Patriot's Glen and Assisted living. Both have a great caregiver to resident ratio and both provided great care to her. The staff is very caring and I've actually overheard them telling her they love her. We couldn't ask for more.

My husband resided in the memory wing of Patriots' Glen for 6 month. My insurance ran out, so I brought him home because if have in-home insurance too. I was very impressed with this facility. The leadership staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had my husband's welfare at heart and were ready to discuss any concerns.. The care-giver staff radiated hapiness and were quick to help in any way they could. There are many daily activities that I enjoyed when I visited my husband. And best of all, the meals were fabulous. This is a small, caring facility and well worth considering.

Just a word of wisdom to anyone looking for assisted living. If you have even a tiny little doubt... LEAVE! This applies to any assisted living facility but especially Patriots Glen in Bellevue. I wish I would have paid closer attention to my own intuition. Patriots Glen did not manage my mothers medication properly (trying to give her the same medication multiple times within a very short window of time on different occasions as well as forgetting a critical heart medication). Thank goodness she was aware enough to advise them of their mistakes or things might not have turned out well. They did not provide to us the correct information regarding self management of medication nor did they assess her regarding her ability to self medicate. When requested for information they were very slow to respond, and responses were incomplete, incorrect, vague and some times not even provided. DSHS cited them for 2 of the 3 mentioned items.

While our living spaces are quite comfortable, Patriots Glen does not currently offer additional onsite storage space. Please contact our offices at 425-943-9942 for information on convenient offsite options.
We do allow our residents to customize and even paint their rooms. The only exception to this is our semi-private memory care rooms, which cannot be customized. If a room is painted, it must be returned to the original paint color upon departure. We also have maintenance services available for a nominal fee in case any of our residents need any help with hanging photos or other decorations.
