Driving through Truckee and decided to stop by. I was welcomed with such warmth and sincerity, I felt like one of the locals. Everyone was helpful and left me surprised of what they offered. I had to buy from their great greeting card selection, I couldn't walk away with just the 1 that I needed. AMAZING SELECTION!!!! I would stop by again.

being a Truckee local, I used to always to come here. Over the years bough mailing supplies, gifts, stationary. Never had a problem until now. I asked for a piece of tape to seal my box, I was given a lecture instead. An employee (I was so upset, I did not catch his name) gave me a lecture about how I had a nerve to ask for a piece of tape, how it was 'not kosher' and they have tape on sale if I need it. Now I must've spent close to a thousand dollars shopping there over the years. I would always come prepared, my packages sealed and the labels affixed, but I was running errands, and and it just slipped my mind to seal the box I was shipping. All I needed was a 4 inch piece of tape, and I got this insolent lecture. So from now on this place will see no business from me, or anybody I know. The place that wants to stay local needs to be nice to locals. Such pettiness and impertinence should not be tolerated in this community. I would have left no stars for this business, if I could

This place isn’t the same since Isa left. They were the peanut butter to my jelly, the drag to my queen, the wind in my sails. My life has been in a downward spiral since they left..everyone else in my life left me as well.

Lots of merchandise. Great! Printing. Great! Customer service. None! “Hello” or just a smile would be nice. Somewhat helpful but not friendly. “Thank you and have a nice day. “ would have been nice. Maybe the cashier was having a sour day. Update: Notarized service was awesome! Staff seems friendly this last visit.
