Between them and ups I don’t know who’s worse DHL updated me my package would be delivered 1:30-3:30 never showed then they said by the end of the day, end of the day comes they get 2blocks away from me and doesn’t get delivered instead the say I’m not home. So needless to say I have had a bad experience with them

I could give zero stars! DHL lost the package!!! My package went to the DHL Delivery Facility ELIZABETH after customs clearance and it says it was delivered to Elizabeth, but my address is not Elizabeth. Can I find out who the driver is and where it went?

My family sent me a parcel and it has delivered with doorman's signature but I have not received and no doorman signed. Also, the Proof of picture is not my apartment. DHL told me they will investigate it but after few day, DHL closed this investigation with no further follow up and.....They just said me to contact to sell/shipper and file a claim... Big number for address was written on the box by driver. I don't know DHL did investigate properly. I'm really upset.

Dhl service is horrible, they will never get my business anymore. They delay your package and still don't get it to you in time and charge so much money for bad service. I'm still waiting on my package going on 3 weeks now.
