LUCKILY I DROPPED IT! After picking up an order at the store, I noticed some beautiful mini cakes being sold at the counter. I pointed to a specific one and requested the one I wanted. The attendant leaves to the back of the store and returns with something already in a box. I didn't bother to argue or check the product. After I left and I was on my way to deliver the present, sadly I accidentally dropped the box and quickly opened it to fix it, to my surprise I find a less than desirable cake (not just because of the drop) but because of the quality of the product I was sold. The one I pointed at the counter had a beautiful luscious red strawberry on top of the mini cake, the one that came in the box looked old and very undesirable! I called to store immediately and the attendant said that perhaps the strawberry looked brownish because of the chocolate and that the ones on the counter are for display only (false advertisement). Again I am so glad I dropped it otherwise this would have been a great embarrassment and disappointment to the receiving end.

Needed a last minute item. Not the best service I called and placed order over the phone, was told my phone order was sold when I arrived. I had to wait for a new one to be prepared. Was told I needed to wait after I paid. New item was 20 more than original order. Item was smaller than picture with missing fruits.
