From going through hell with my first job this company is pretty good honestly you have good supervisors and also the dispatch that's very helpful and they always give me work , and me being temporary they know that I have a weekend job so I can't work during the weekends , this is not a company that's going to baby you and call you for your shift you know when you supposed to work and when you supposed to be off work they don't need to remind you of none of that and I like this company because there's no relief.

Worked for this company for 4 years as a concierge. Not a single write up or resident complaint. Arrived to my overnight shift, Double parked, clocked in and found parking in less than 5 minutes ( I know that’s wrong of me and I apologized for my lapse in judgment). The following week I was called and let go, 4 years of great behavior, 0 complaints and couldn’t even be forgiven or at the very least just suspended. This happened in June of 2021. I reached out to the union 32BJ and guess what? Haven’t heard a single word back to fight my case. Payed a bunch of union dues for nothing. Every time I call the union rep he says their “backed up from cases during covid (2020). Let me also say that they promised me a “yearly” raise and if I didn’t reach out to the company and union after my third year these people wouldn’t have given me the raise. When they gave me the raise they couldn’t even retro act the pay they owed me which I let slide since I got the raise anyway.

They don’t like to pay you on time , lots of excuses Never again, plus charging $150 union dues is truly a scam , you work 90 days than get terminated protection from what union, they protect to take the dues terrible, terrible , company to work for👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Yes, Please read this before submitting your application. There are several problems! When you go in to fill out a new employee application, the work is temporary. The role is just temporary, according to the contract you signed. If you have any problems, contact the union and they can solve them all! If temp work isn't for you, don't apply; to be honest, they won't tell you right away if they don't like you; instead, they will simply ignore your calls or messages. They don't give you any warning until they order you to leave. After 90 days, they can reduce your hours. They will not accomodate your schedule in any way; they despise it when you are unavailable, and they will not recruit you if you miss even one task or are unable to work for a single day. The Janitorial Division's Dispatch Manager, Lilian Snelling, is very picky on who she hires, to the point of creating problems, and she is very quiet about it. It's possible that they won't tell you about their issues until later.
You are in the union. Any issues, call the union (google their phone numbers and call both).

For all kinds of problems anywhere or with guardian, it is best to call the union. I recommend you google their phone numbers and call both numbers right away.

Yes for temps they just call you in and likely you go in with an uber. They do not reimburse for this and will most likely lay you off after 3 to 6 months and wait 5 months before you reapply.
Maybe check out their website
