Great hiking trail, it was a little muddy in spots, but beautiful views and not overly crowded

Trail is about 1.6 miles, took 45 minute. Great views of eastern prom and the islands. Trail is clear and well maintained.

No it's basically a loop trail and beach/shore line.
No. The parking lot is small and for temporary parking. Unfortunately no overnight options exist there.
I am pretty sure the park is free. I have been going there for years and never paid.
There are picnic tables and a covered area but it might not be on allowed areas. I did see some people eating at tables. Ask the gate ranger when you arrive.
