Loved this yoga studio! Great vibe. Classes are hot (about 89 F / 32 C) so you have to be up for that. I loved strong basics class I took. They have showers and towels available as well which was perfect for me; no need to go back to the hotel but I could continue touristing.

Parking always depends on if the city sets restrictions... normally there is meter parking on both sides of prospect that are free before 7am and after 6pm on weekdays, and then free Saturdays and Sundays. When parking at the meters ALWAYS check the parking restrictions for the week that are listed on signs in orange along the street, it's not listed on the meter. Whatever dates and times are listed mean you cannot park there on that date between those times. We also provide $2 parking in the lot behind the studio for 1 1/2 hours. You would come into the studio and pay us. If there is event pricing for the lots, we cannot guarantee the $2 parking, it is up to the discretion of the lot attendant.
