Booked the hotel one hour before arrival, rooms were already set up and we were welcomed by the employee at the entrance. Although I've read some negative recommendation about the hotel being noisy, I personally could not hear any other noises besides the A/C in the night. The location is close to the city and you can easily roam around and explore Lancaster, but the factory itself is worth a look as well as they keep the factory theme even in the rooms. Rooms were nice and clean and the beds very comfy. In total, the hotel was worth the money and I enjoyed the stay.

It’s not often that I actually leave a hotel after checking in without even staying one night. But wow, this place was in rough shape. The first red flag should have been when we were directed to our room and it was actually in a totally different building than the one they told us it was in. The room looked nothing like the photos on their site. Total bait and switch. The furniture was very dated and in terrible condition. There were several very large stains on the carpet, and there was dried coffee drips running down one wall. The final straw was the large amount of hair on the bedspread. We asked to be moved to a different room, but apparently that was the only one available. It’s too bad; these boutique hotels can be so fun to stay at. But this one reminded me more of a motel 6 than a upscale hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, loved the factory aspect, lots of brick, exposed pipes, wood ceiling etc. Was there for my baby brothers wedding held in the ballroom, beautiful venue, great staff. So I'm the sister to the groom. Went out to a bar after and lost my keys, didnt realize until the day the next morning. The staff was absolutely amazing, gave us extra time in the room, offered us a discount rate if we had to stay another night .

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway and relaxation, this is not the hotel. I was so excited to have a romantic getaway with my husband. The hotel is beautiful, however, the walls are paper thin. There was a wedding the same night we were there. Guests from the wedding party stayed on the fourth floor, where we stayed. I could hear their conversations as if they were in the room with us. Groups of people continued coming and going, and their conversations got louder and louder. No privacy whatsoever. We ended up leaving that same night.
