I contacted Al about getting my hp laptop fixed after it was stepped on. I finally dropped it off to get home and immediately discover a box with 4 more laptops and another box that held an old desktop best buy swore was fried and you could not retrieve anything from the hard drive unless I spent up to 1500. I knew something didn't smell right so I took it all home and waited. Low and behold. Al plugged it in, and it worked. The hard drive that was supposed to have taken weeks to recover any data/15 minutes. Took Al 15 minutes because nothing was damaged. The anger that started to build up over Best buy almost gigging me for another laptop. In the end. 2 laptops were over a decade old, and he upgraded and fixed 3 laptops total and a desktop. Cost just under the new laptop I was days away from purchasing. Best buy is now dead to me. Al will forever have my business. I will update after I drop of an iPad to see if he can salvage it, the last apple repair tech didn't help matters.
