Don't call the phone number you see listed because it's not really the actual store you get transferred to "a national call center" then they never help you with the issue and transfer you like 4 times- and the on the last transfer it hung up one me - but before that the lady that answered said the store isn't taking calls. Thanks for nothing and wasting my valuable time for 30 minutes *ssholes- all I need is to find out how to transfer some pictures and videos on an ancient basic phone that is KB (not GB) to my computer since using the USB port cable that connects from the phone to the computer because that doesn't work- it keeps saying "warning please insert the memory card" but where in the hell do I find a KB memory card in 2022. I'm going to just go in the store and complain because they shouldn't be listing their phone number(s) when it's NOT really thei phone number in the first place.
