I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t provide room service (new towels, made bed, new soap bars, etc) so I thought that was really odd? Ive seen multiple negative reviews about housekeeping on here, so maybe that’s it. I’m also not sure why the cards to get into the rooms are also used for the elevators. It was kind of a pain in the butt because it wouldn’t always work the first or second try. Other than that, it is a really nice hotel.

Don’t waste your money on their “City Suites:” the “living room” barely fits the furniture. The maid service doesn’t clean the “hardwood” under the furniture. Disgusting. Can’t charge your phone by the bed at night because the main switch shuts it off. If you want the power on, then you’re forced to sleep with bright “nightlights.” Was told I’d have access to executive club since I was paying for a suite but upon arrival was told no. Really disappointing. No way to treat a longtime Marriott Bonvoy/Rewards member.

My recent stay at The Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square was consistent with previous visits, excellent! The facility completed an extension of their building and some additional remodeling and upgrades, that inspire one to return again. From the room, to the restaurants, to the balance of amenities, I very much recommend staying at this facility when visiting Lancaster, PA whether on business or for personal!

Really cool and unique hotel with lots of history. Very friendly staff...Thank you Krista (?) Kristin sorry if I have it wrong. You gave us a great history lesson on all the buildings. Last, but not least, the rooms had a modern decor and they were very clean. This was a winner all around. Thank you Marriott.

The hotel has a pool on the 5th floor, however there is not a hot tub.
Both the Plough and Exchange are open for indoor dining and carryout. The hotel also has a Starbucks which is open each morning, and the main breakfast restaurant 2 Kings is also open.

Self parking is located at the Penn Square Garage, and is connected to the hotel via skybridge. You can pay for parking directly at the garage, or the Front Desk can validate your parking ticket (be sure to bring it with you to check-in) for $20 per night, which allows unlimited in and out access.
I think it will fit
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service at all.
The property has multiple food and beverage outlets. Plough is the main restaurant on the lobby level (open for lunch and dinner), and the Exchange is the rooftop bar (primarily evening only). There is also a Starbucks open daily on the lobby level, and 2 Kings is the main breakfast option on site. Room service is also available, however this has been limited due to COVID-19.
