If this is your first season please cancel, they sell what is not offered, you pay 25 dollars for garbage collection at your door, which is not done every day, outside the apartment corridors, which are very dirty, when they take the garbage and leave it staining the whole floor and get an unbearable smell, they reopened the gym and half the machinery is broken, last year they opened a swimming pool for a brief moment and closed without just cause. they have recently changed management and are charging $300 more in rent to renew and are not respecting the annual percentage increase. Hope this comment doesn't get deleted again.

It’s been a year since I’ve lived in the complex and I would like to take the time acknowledge the property manager Reem for her professionalism and customer service every question I’ve had she’s gone above and beyond.Also want to take the time to recognize maintenance, specifically Robert Smith. Rob did a awesome job whenever I had an issue in my apartment. He responded quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. Both of them made my living experience there really great and heart warming. Most places now do the bare minimum and just collect your money but while Living here these two people always make sure that they put the residences first and I greatly appreciate them both.
