Pretty apartments, but the 3 visitors parking spaces per build are not cutting it….and if you can’t find a spot you WILL be towed.

I absolutely love my apartment. The office staff is awesome. Maintenance is on the job perfect work as well as the timeframe when order is called in. I love Encore at the park. The only one downfall is that the neighbors with dogs does not poop scoop you can possibly step in some poop.

So far, My experience have been great with management! Jordyn was an awesome help when I first inquired about the property and I recently spoke to Bruce when I put in my application and he was really nice. I love how helpful management is. This says a lot before you move into a property, I’m looking forward to living here!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at Encore at the Park! The staff has been nothing but helpful and polite. The maintenance team is great and always gets the job done at a timely manner. The apartments are quite spacious and fit all of my needs. I would definitely recommend Encore at the Park if you're looking for a luxury yet affordable place to live.
