Super welcoming atmosphere, the check in was too easy. Each and every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure i got the best care possible. Plus I got in on a moment’s notice on a Saturday?? This place makes going to the doctor such a breeze, I’m so grateful for finding quality healthcare.

I wasn't happy with my experience at this location. I came here because I read the reviews, friendly, fast, etc. Staff was friendly. What really matters when you need urgent care is the level of care received. Dr. Ball failed me. He didn't properly treat my issue. I was there for 2 hours when they weren't even busy. Mostly everyone was just walking around and talking about the temperature in the clinic. Staff appeared really tired and checked out. Doctor suggested x-rays to be sure there was not a broken bone and a shot as the cure for a severely injured toenail. Within a few weeks I had to find a foot doctor to help, and the foot doctor said that the procedure that I asked Dr. Ball to perform could have been done at any time to alleviate my issue. Dr. Ball claimed that because I had not come to urgent care within 24 hours, he could do nothing to help me. So, I had pain and suffering for several weeks due to his non-care. It's just super disappointing to spend time and money and get no healing results, and to take longer to heal because of it.

I am relatively healthy and have a primary care provider. I needed to see someone for a minor issue and went here because my provider was on vacation. I went online and was able to book an appointment online to be seen at Indigo within a few hours. I went to the one located near SouthCenter Mall. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The facility has an updated modern feel to it and very nice. I was checked in ahead of walking at the time of my appointment and placed in a room to see my provider. He came in within a few minutes and was very attentive to my needs. Overall it was a great experience and I would return if the need arises again.

They are understaffed and heavily flooded with patients. I had a 2 hour wait before I was seen. And every other person that came in after me had about the same +/- 30 minutes. But once I got seen the staff was really helpful and extremely nice. Destiny was a joy to interact with she brought humor and a light spirited charisma when she did the initial checks.

As far as I know they can prescribe whatever you need. I have nothing but good to say for them.
I believe if you have a prescription for it they should be able to write you a refill
Not sure if any of the providers are Vietnamese specifically. Because it is an Urgent care, the providers need to be prepared to serve all ages, which means there wouldn't be a pediatrician. These clinics cannot replace a primary care physician or pediatrician, as much as I wish they could.
