Sad to see this store so calm. Never used to when I visited years ago.

Should probably just close down. One person sent us upstairs to checkout, the other tried to send us back downstairs to check out. I used to work at Sears, it’s all the same POS system. Just a bunch of lazy employees.

What a joke I was there on a Saturday 2 years after the covid thing every other store in the mall had dressing rooms open but this Sears had no dressing rooms open ... I asked an employee behind the register ..she said they were all closed. I also asked what was upstairs since seems to be a new thing that the stores don't have directories they used to have them by the elevators escalators when you first enter the store there seems to be none at any of the stores so I asked her what was upstairs she said tools and baby clothes also no dressing rooms are open up there it was like 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday... so guess what I left? After putting my pile of clothes down, I left abruptly.

Well I'd have to say I haven't had a very good experience with Sears in the last month. I had some problems getting into my account and just hadn't been able to get ahold of anyone in store by telephone. After many attempts when I finally would get a person by phone they would give me a number to call and I could never get the situation resolved So I went to Sears again today to try and resolve my problem. The manager Franchesca came out and diligently worked to solve the problem. The whole time she was kind and considerate not once did she show any irritation. What she did took a load off my shoulders! Janie who is was with Lands End for years, is always a pleasure to talk with. She had been trying to help me also and I don't know the name of the gal that was with her the week before and again today, but they were both very helpful. The two of them make a good team. Thank you, Julie

Doesn't seem to be open, no answer when I call, goofy voice menu goes to the store Support Center which just rings and rings and rings, or when I asked it for the manager it rang and rang and then beeped like a voice message.
If you want insulation then Lowes or Home Depot
A face shield doesn't protect you or others from any virus, only from the direct effects of a cough or a sneeze. So, no, it's not ok, if you mean "is it safe?". 'Course Sears probably won't stop you - afterall, they're hardly well known for making good decisions...
I don't think they are planning on keeping the store open in the same capacity or maybe not at all. Maybe they don't have the money to replenish stock and/or the supply chain is selling to Amazon and Walmart

Store is open. I'm here today with an optical appointment
Not sure what you mean. Could you clarify, please?
This store, like Federal Way, is closed
As far as I can tell, they closed all stores as of the year's end
If you haven't got it back 3 business day. Go back and ask for refund. Make sure you haven't paid with Sears card or some other credit card. In that case it will go back there
Yes
The response Anya provided is the same I got at the alderwood and shoreline locations just before they closed. If you look on the 3rd floor, just like at the Alderwood location before it closed, they aren't restocking much. I would give it 6 months to a year, probably closer to the former, depending on when they have the next round of closures. Smart employees should be looking for other employment sooner rather than later.
