Tight and crowd place for traffics

BNSF is about 7-10days faster than the other railroad, their equipment doesn't always work, like the scale that seems to be always broken and the chassis that are so old that getting tires replace can be a multiple day event outside of the yard.

Can you not train people at 1:30 am? I am south of the intermodal facility and the sound of cars banging together is especially loud this morning.
