Buyer beware , supervisor is arrogant and condescending ( Paul) if you are past your 7 day return policy they will not refund your money nor do a store exchange , Paul offered to donate my purchased product for me , I asked him so I am out of my money ? He said you can go outside and get in line behind the cars , and ask for a tax receipt. I asked why he couldn’t give me one now and he seemed annoyed and he pulled out the pad and gave me one . I left the counter and he starts to talk to the cashier in Tagalog not knowing I am able to understand It . Needles to say I have no need for a tax receipt when the purchase was not even 20 bucks ,but now I am out of my cash and they will turn around and sell the product again and make a good profit from it . Don’t make the same mistake I made , Buyer beware . Definitely will think twice about shopping and donating to Goodwill from now on .

I sure hope Goodwill does drug testing for their employees right? Lately, they been smoking something with these asking prices. I understand a business is to make profit but considering all their products are given to them. Their prices have gone off the rails - I have seen $80 to $200 for used donated furniture. I have stopped rounding up for their employee training program cause I don't support this business model of Goodwill straight up ripping off the locals. There are people who come here to find bargains in ways they wouldn't be able otherwise. This is no different than if food bank was charging for their food at retail prices and the food was all donated.

Seth made my shopping experience delightful, from his warm and friendly greeting, to his polite and proffessional check-out. His sense of humor and voice over talent filled the store when his speaker announcement informed shoppers of the daily specials. This goodwill was clean and neatly stocked and had quality merchandise. Two thumbs up!

This Goodwill was well organized. Also, in light of current circumstances they were doing anouncments about current rules to ensure everyone's safety. They had a good selection of clothes and non-clothing items. Prices were adorable and reasonable for the items. Very happy with my purchases. I even got an amazing scrub top.
