Waited outside the house 30 minutes before scheduled time. Once it was time for the showing no one showed up so I decided to call Erin, which she didn’t answer. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, she finally called me back with a horrible attitude and let me know she was not coming as she was in Renton and my showing was cancelled. I asked her who cancelled it and she said that I did. I never cancelled my showing. My husband and I took off work to see this house, and drove 40 minutes with our baby. I can’t believe the unprofessionalism. She then proceeded to tell me there was no one I can contact to complain about her. Horrible experience and I am very disappointed.

My expectations of Renters Warehouse are so low, that having a property manger who responds to emails within the same day is considered a good sign there might be improvement made within the company. Regardless, they will still ignore you when it is convenient. I have rented with them since December of 2017 and they have mostly been a stressful experience. I'll never forget the month I spent washing my clothes in the bathtub because their maintenance contractor was "too busy," to hook up a new washer and dryer. I've had to speak with three different property managers in the past year due to their inability to maintain consistency in staffing. I was notified of intent to renew the lease two months before it expired, however I was not told that I would need three months of pay stubs to prove that I could qualify along with the rest of the house to renew the lease. This is absolutely absurd seeing how I have already been paying rent on time for years. Not once has this been asked of any tenant with the exception of first moving in. I received no warning this would be asked of me upon renewal. Being in a transitional period between jobs, this has created a lot of unnecessary stress. I should not have to undergo such harsh scrutiny to prove that I am a responsible tenant when I have upheld said responsibilities to the highest standard. If you happen to become a tenant among one of their properties, be prepared for a long, stressful experience.

This rating is for Isabelle Knoke who works at renters warehouse. She was amazing at getting us some urgent answers. When I called she actually answered the phone. She was so kind and empathetic to my concerns. I have had a horrible experience with communication with maintenance which now have been resolved thankfully. It’s been extremely stressful this far and to have Isabelle take the time to answer our family is greatly appreciated. We didn’t plan to rent, so having someone like her to communicate with and count on helps alleviate stress. Thank you very much Isabelle!

We worked with Isabelle after our previous renter trashed our property and still owing thousands of unpaid rent. We had bad experience with Renters Warehouse: emails not answered, no way to communicate with Renters Warehouse, no pushing for the unpaid rent etc etc.. We were quite worried. Isabelle is very different. She responds to our calls, handle things promptly, knows what to do and helped us getting through this unpleasant process. Without her, I don't know how much extra headache we will have to go through. Thank you Isabelle!
