I made an appointment and showed up 10mins prior as instructed. I completed the forms online and provided a copy of my license through their online portal. It’s now over 30mins past my scheduled appointment time and they still have not conducted my pre-employment drug test. They said that “the room is not ready”! I’m sorry is your bathroom under construction?? How is it not ready and what are you actively doing to get it ready??? Not a thing. All of the staff, nurses and PA’s are sitting at the desk area giggling and having a great bonding session

There are people there, but they can fill up quickly with appointments, especially same day. You can always try to do a walk-in appointment, tho wait times may have from 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on how busy they are with other appointments or walk-ins.
Very busy but yes answered mine
They can treat the infection it might have but no only dentists can pull a tooth
