This was not an easy fix and this repair person spent the time to find the problem and get it working again. He spent awhile getting the job done and he seemed to love his job. He was very happy. It was the best experience I have had. My warranty company has sent out other repair companies in the past that were far substandard and just gave up. Not this company. I highly recommend them.

My front load Samsung dryer suddenly took extra cycles to dry clothes and the following day stopped working entirely. The service call was made in the morning and they committed to a same-day service. The technician was running just a bit late but remained in contact with us. He arrived and quickly diagnosed, repaired and tested the dryer. We were back in business with no trip to the local laundrymat! He was friendly and informative. I highly recommend them for your appliance repair needs!
