Cleaning Pretty Good
They offer curbside pickup on the website and their aren’t any curbside signs in the parking lot. I was told by an associate it’s up to the associate if they want to bring your merchandise to the parking lot or not.(if they are comfortable) One of the associates told me to park in a handicap parking spot to receive my merchandise since they didn’t feel comfortable walking to the first parking spot in the parking lot. I informed her there wasn’t any handicap spots Available and that’s illegal if I don’t have a handicap decal. The same associate told me to park on the curb which also say no parking and said she’ll be right out. I asked would she be responsible for this ticket since she wants me to illegally park?…(curb say no parking) She told me no but she would be out pretty fast. It took her 4 minutes to bring my package out. Which if an officer was around would have been a ticket within mins… I spoke to the manager(suzann) and informed her of my concerns and how customer service is important and you all should consider this… Her concerns were her associates safety about crossing the street…. Yes your associates safely is important… however don’t offer curbside if your having a safety issues with crossing the street. I will not return to this location!

Not the greatest customer service. Cashiers refuse to acknowledge you when you enter and seem to have an attitude if you ask a question.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
