Joined years ago and thought I had cancelled. Just discovered after several years that an old card was still being charged monthly. I called several times and left messages to cancel my membership and never received a call back. Finally called again today and was told without email proof or a specific date and exact time I previously called they would be unable to refund me. I literally have not walked in there in two years and yet they’re going to keep hundreds of dollars when they are the ones who didn’t bother returning a phone call. Just be aware, ethically, of the kind of company you’re dealing with. I was met with zero understanding and flexibility and told I’d have to wait ANOTHER 30 days before my cancellation would finalize. In fact, the operations manager, Mario, acted like I was bothering HIM for being frustrated at their unwillingness to accept prior phone call messages as proof of cancellation.

I agree with everyone saying how packed this gym is. It’s completely ridiculous and I have stopped going all together. Will be canceling my membership in the next month

It depends on the membership you purchase. Anywhere from $10 to to $25 per month. Does not offer daily rates. If you know someone with a Gold Plus membership or the Guest add-on with a different membership, you do not need a membership AS LONG AS you go with your friend/family member who does. Unlimited guest privileges (if someone has that option) allows 1 guest per day to come with the member.
