My ipad’s screen got badly cracked. So I went here, ready to pay. The clerk immediately asked to see my ipad. He started peeling off the screen protector in front of me explaining that hopefully the crack didnt actually hit the actual screen. I totally forgot that I had screen protector. Thankfully, the actual screen wasnt damaged. And to think I was ready to spend. Thank you for being honest. He also found a dent kn the corner, and that the ipad was little bent, which fixed. All for free. Some shops would definitely “fix” gadgets so you have to spend. Not only he didn’t made me spend a dime, he also fixed some minor issues for free. He even gave me advice on how to find the right screen protector and where to get them. Hard to find great and honest customer service these days, but I found it here. I highly recommend whatever you could find here. Products, or repair services, go get it here. Bring more business to places with exceptional service!

I have an iPhone 6plus. Love it but the battery would not hold a charge. I made an appointment on line and had a new battery installed plus a new screen. It is like a new phone for a very reasonable price. Thanks for the great service.

Staff was very friendly and informative. I had my iphone battery replaced and it took about 45 min. It was great to be able to do some other errands nearby while I was waiting. I will forever be keeping my phone between 30-80% charge and really appreciated their staff breaking down the reason why this is best practice.

I was heading out on a road trip, and wanted my Samsung Galaxy 6's battery to last more than a few hours, so decided to get a replacement battery. The service I received was excellent - but as far as I can tell, they might as well have not done anything. There was absolutely no change in my phone's performance. My phone still drains within 3 hours of constant use. Not sure if this is just a Samsung issue, but I feel the $70 I paid got me absolutely nothing.
