Didn't have to wait to long to get a new HDMI cord. No charge for the cord. If your picture is starting to pixalate you might just need a new cord. I don't mind going to Xfinity instead of waiting and possibly paying for a tech visit. Nice people had assisted me.

Every time I visit this location I lose big! On a recent visit I went to find out why I was still being charged for a cell phone that I had turned off months ago! When I spoke with Brian Akpan he said that he would take care of it... Instead he completely disconnected my service which ended up in costing me a cable package that was grandfathered in!! When I called to remedy this they said I could not do anything about it and offered me a bunch of credits and other nonsense! Do yourself a favor do not deal with Xfinity at all! If you must stay away from Brian Akpan he will make you as unsatisfied as I am!!🤬

I got my equipment and everything from them like 4 months ago and I’m happier then shot with them like love the service and I can record my shows watch them on my phone or like even watch like tv in my bedroom from my phone and all kinds of cool stuff with this service and I had to return some old equipment and it was a breeze but if you need an appointment then make sure you make one online snd not just show up at the store cause it’s a wait otherwise and people get mad at waiting and I had an appointment and I showed up snd walked in and the line flipped out but I had made an appointment they didn’t so make sure thing you do!!

Not fully understanding your question..... In the long run it would be best to buy your own modem instead of renting. After a year of renting you could have purchased your own modem. As far as the contract you can go monthly or if you would like to be locked into a deal you would have to sign a contract for a year. Hope that answers your question sir.
